Principal Responsibilities:
Facilitate/participate in meetings with client stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their business that will set the platform for integrating Avox products and solutions into client reference data programs.
Work with Sales to define an appropriate solution that satisfies each client needs and works towards embracing Avox best practice solutions that will help our clients better use the data they have purchased.
Work closely with Client Service Managers, Change, IT and clients to design the solution that best meets the clients requirements
Provide SME knowledge and input to Client Service Managers and Sales where required Support clients through go-live process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption
Communicating the solutions design to Client Service Managers and other stakeholders to ensure full understanding
Support consulting engagements where required by providing on-site consulting services to clients.
Lead/facilitate any required client training sessions/user groups alongside the Product Team Instilling confidence in Avox skills and ability to deliver Identify new opportunities through researching industry and related events, publications and announcements in conjunction with the Product Team

Required
3-5 years financial services experience in Reference Data Management
Translates the vision and the roadmap into squad deliverables and release plans
Manages the squad’s work:
Creates and refines the backlog with the squad to provide the right level of detail at the right time to achieve definition of ready (preparation for development)
Continuously accepts or rejects completed work, according to acceptance criteria Seeks feedback from stakeholders, clients and incorporates into future backlog items
Brings the voice of the client (external/internal) into the squad and acts as voice of the squad
Cultivates relationships with key stakeholders to maintain alignment to achieve objectives
Evaluates shared issues, risks, and dependencies for resolution
Incorporates and prioritizes technical work, as required, to deliver on release objectives
Maximizes delivered value by evaluating implementation alternatives and considering impact of cost, schedule, and risk profiles Attends and participates all squad and tribe meetings (example. Sprint events, QTR)
Execute the Vision: Effectively represents product vision to the squad.
Demonstrates accountability for end-to-end value delivery, including prioritization and delivery of highest value to customer.
Artifact Management: Engages with stakeholders and clients and incorporates understanding into user stories, backlog and delivery roadmap.
Product Development Skillset: Work Understanding the product and technology features, function and needs for new enhancements and how products are built and delivered
