Job Description:
12.1 IT Network Management
· Document local area network policies, to include security policies and standards.
· Develop best practices for Hardware and Software along with remediation strategies
· Maintain distributed processing databases on a local area network.
· Oversee, investigate and troubleshoot following systems as needed: network operating systems, WLAN, Cloud environment, network topologies, network hardware, computer operating systems, routing, switching, data privacy and security.
· Interface with Executives and support staff and provide necessary updates
· Generate required reports on key metrics for management and team’s review
