Job Description :
Lead the business transformation architecture activities;
Assist in the development of business transformation design and architecture business
transformation architecture standards definition and application of business transformation processes;
Analyze and develop architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training;
Identify business transformation risks and provide issue management and risk mitigation strategies;
Optimize business transformation approaches based on evolving business needs and technology capabilities;
Perform fit-gap analysis;
Develop and deliver business transformation alignment/architecture presentations to senior management;
Responsible for developing and driving the infrastructure roadmap for enterprise architectural strategies including standardization and modernization of legacy environments, migration and operational optimization strategies
Provide expertise and leadership in problem solving, root cause analysis during systems outages, and championing a methodological approach to troubleshooting
Exceptional communication skills – able to speak to large audiences, top executives, business and technical leaders. Able to adapt vocabulary and style for each situation; able to represent complex ideas with effective documents and visuals and to adapt presentations to the expectations and background of the audience
Experience with onshore/offshore teaming model
Enterprise architecture frameworks, methods, and tools
Network and security technologies
Server hardware and virtualization technologies
Database server infrastructure technologies
High availability infrastructure designs and methodologies
Systems monitoring, capacity planning and performance tuning
Advanced communications skills both written and verbal

Deliverables:

Assess the feasibility of migrating from the current state (as is) to the target business state (to be);
Perform architecture impact analysis on new or planned changes to architectures and designs;
Define transition steps and develop transition plan to move from current to future state;
Assist in reviewing and defining functional requirements, user interface designs and usability reviews; and
Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities
