Title –Microsoft Platforms Lead (365)

Job description:
• Understand business drivers (current and future state) and determine corresponding technology solutions to achieve targeted business outcomes.
• Own all aspects of Application Management related to Microsoft platforms including solution architecture, development/deployment, testing, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture and Security teams to evaluate Microsoft’s product suite and provide recommendations for business initiatives
• Manage support providers in providing Level 2 and Level 3 support
• Develop and provide input into the roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio from current to future state (as defined by the enterprise architecture).
Experience/Skills Required:
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Lead particularly in Microsoft Platforms.
• 3 years relevant Office 365 experience at Advanced Level, specifically Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, PowerShell, and Scripting
• Microsoft .NET development using C#, experience in web development technologies such as ASP.NET, relational database development using SQL technologies, user interface design and prototyping, tailoring enterprise grade software will be preferred.
• Familiarity with agile or rapid application development methodologies preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud native enterprise scale applications and moving applications from on-premises to cloud environments
• Experience in defining and implementing Hybrid scenarios with workloads shared across on premise and Microsoft Azure, application Integration between cloud and on-premises environments
• Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, Web services, Installation, Administration and understand the modules like Sales and Marketing
• Experience in integration of Dynamics with marketing platforms, data lake etc. highly desirable, SSIS experience (with Kingsway soft plugin or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience in implementing LinkedIn Navigator desirable.
• Practical knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, networking, mail routing, Exchange Server, and Windows 10 Management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities Highly focused task execution and Ability to work independently.
• Industry experience in insurance/reinsurance, is highly desired.
Education Required:
• BA/BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or general engineering.
• TOGAF Certified, or similar preferred
