Position:- Microsoft 365 project manager Location:- Seattle, WA Senior project management services are needed to finalize the citywide migration to the Microsoft Office365 platform including cloud services, desktop tools and mobile applications. The senior project manager will: *manage the lifecycle of the project inclusive of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing *monitor and manage the health of the project and report status on a weekly and monthly basis *produce required project control documentation in alignment with the IT Department's PMO, inclusive of risk, issue and decision logs *work with the project team to develop corrective action plans and change requests for scope, schedule, budget modifications *produce agendas and work with the project team to develop presentations and workshop materials *work with the project team to engage stakeholders/partners in order to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support *draft global communications, prepare/conduct briefings and meetings *develop communication and training plans.
