Microsoft 365 + Dynamics 365 + SharePoint Administrator

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to manage and support Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint environments. The role involves ensuring system availability, security, user support, and ongoing optimization of collaboration and business applications across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)

  • Configure and support Dynamics 365 applications and environments

  • Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and content lifecycle

  • Handle user provisioning, access control, and identity management

  • Monitor system performance, security, and service health

  • Implement and enforce security policies (MFA, DLP, conditional access)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across M365, Dynamics, and SharePoint

  • Manage backups, data governance, and compliance requirements

  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and Power Platform tools

  • Collaborate with business users to improve system utilization


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP modules)

  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online administration

  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive

  • Understanding of security and compliance features in M365

  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT support processes


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview (compliance, DLP, governance)

  • Experience with migration projects (on-prem to cloud)

  • Familiarity with Intune / Endpoint Manager

  • Exposure to integration with third-party applications

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Good communication and stakeholder management

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and incidents

  • Customer-focused approach


Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

  • Preferred certifications:

    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert

    • Dynamics 365 certifications

    • SharePoint or Power Platform certifications


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)

  • Knowledge of automation and scripting best practices

  • Exposure to ITIL processes
