Job Description

Role Overview: Migration Planning & Design

The Senior Migration Engineer – M365 will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating complex Microsoft 365 migrations, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
Develop detailed migration strategies and cutover plans.
Prepare migration runbooks and rollback procedures.
Perform migration from Google workplace to Microsoft 365 using SPMT and third-party tools like Sharegate, Metalogix, BitTitan, AvePoint or any other tools.
Migrate content to Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange, OneDrive SharePoint, etc.)
Migration Execution: Perform mailbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams migrations using native Microsoft tools and third-party solutions (e.g., Quest, BitTitan, ShareGate).
Resolve migration-related issues (mail flow, permissions, authentication, data integrity).
Collaboration & Documentation
Document migration processes, configurations, and lessons learned.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Microsoft 365 migrations and administration.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
Experience with hybrid identity setups (Azure AD Connect, AD FS, password hash sync, pass-through authentication).
Familiarity with M365 security & compliance features.
