JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Product Manager, Deal Memo Project Implementation (Salesforce) Department: Global Consumer Products Business Operations Direct Supervisor's Title: Sr. Manager (Product Owner), Global Consumer Products Business Operations Location: NY, USA Duration: 9 Months Summary Hiring a product owner at a senior analyst level with experience in deal lifecycle process as well as experience in the Salesforce systems. The role will include interfacing with the business users, supporting the planning and managing of UAT, as well as managing the change management process, so candidate must be organized, detail oriented, with strong communication and people skills. Consumer Products industry experience a plus, but not required. General/Overall Responsibilities: Operate as a Subject Matter Expert for deal memo entry/creation and cycle time processes, solutions, and operations Using Salesforce and industry experience, assist Product Owner in developing/refining design specification documents for Salesforce Deal Memo system Support Product Owner as additional CP Global Operations liaison to the Sales, and Legal groups on issues that impact current deal memo and contract management processes Support Product Owner with project kickoff, including stakeholder analysis and project update Establish use case scenarios and test scripts for Salesforce Deal Memo UAT based off business requirements Help manage sales/legal/operations users through Salesforce Deal Memo UAT process In conjunction with Technology, evaluate and test new releases of Salesforce Deal Memo system Manage change management track of project: assist in communication and hypercare plans Create training plan and assist in training material creation Skills: Detail-oriented with ability to analyze and resolve systems and process issues in short turnaround and in a collaborative manner with cross-divisional peers Team player Strong written and verbal communication skills for interactions with peer stakeholders within the business (Sales/Line of Business [LOB]), functional (Finance & Legal), and Technology teams Ability to understand and use various business software applications and solutions platforms, especially Salesforce Experience/Knowledge: 3+ years Salesforce experience 5 -10 years of relevant deal life cycle work experience Experience in licensing deal creation and deal cycle processes including deal cycle time Ability to interpret and understand operational implications of contractual terms Strong MS Office suite (specifically MS Excel)
