This requirement is for a Senior MarTech solution architect to help design and execute on a multi-year roadmap that delivers new and optimized B2B marketing solutions.
In this role, you will work with the leadership to propose reference architecture for implementing various MarTech solutions, gather feedback and fine tune the architecture to satisfy the business needs.
Have enough implementation experience
Have in depth knowledge of MarTech and adtech space
What you will do
1. Responsible to work with the team to define roadmap and implementation of the omni-channel marketing and technology platform stack, working closely with stakeholders in marketing and IT
2. Responsible to enable offline and digital marketing solutions across web, mobile, email, analytics, reporting, personalization, decisioning, testing, display, search and social ad platforms.
3. Conduct market research on latest trends, educating teams and researching new vendors to expand capabilities. Use this knowledge to design new solutions that support and accomplish goals and technology roadmaps.
4. Design and present innovative and cost-effective solutions on the current marketing technology landscape and industry best-practices to enable a seamless customer experience or customer journey
5. Evaluate products and technologies and their alternatives for use in proposed solutions.
6. Develop and communicate architecture standards, best practices, blueprints and provide prescriptive guidance on solution design
7. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, identifying solution gaps and available capabilities, and defining solutions to meet the business needs.
8. Translate business domain understanding and context to technical capabilities for technical and development teams.
9. Define data and integration architectures to support marketing automation
Experience and Education
1. 4-year bachelor s degree required, advanced degree in relevant business, solutions field preferred, or relevant experience.
2. 10+ years of experience in designing and developing marketing technology solutions / marketing platforms.
3. 5+ years demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high-quality enterprise solutions across on-prem, hybrid and cloud based architectures
4. 5+ years in an architect role designing technology architectures, workflows, best practices and governance guidelines
5. Hands on experience in architecture and design of marketing, advertising and data platforms e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Oracle, etc.
Qualification
1. Experience in building and operating personalization, campaign management, MarTech programs preferably Adobe and/or Google platform
2. Ability to phase delivery of solutions such that it can meet immediate needs, while building towards the long-term strategic solution
3. Ability to effortlessly switch gears from summary view for leadership to hands-on discussion with practitioners
4. Passionate and assertive outlook to the role and can influence those around her/him
5. Excellent listening, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills; effective time management skills; ability to prioritize, delegate and meet deadlines.
6. Significant understanding of and experience in best practices around systems integration, security, performance and data management.
