Job Title:- Marketing Product Manager

Key projects –
• Build a messaging + positioning framework, working closely with engineering to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Update + create core product content (BOM), working with a design vendor, team members, field strategy, and engineering.
• Seller + partner enablement cadence; working with engineering, field and partner strategy, and marketing to plan and execute communications, arrange calls + speakers, and summarize feedback to help shape our GTM strategy.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm –
• Help drive messaging + positioning (M&P), leading/contributing to market research to help inform as needed.
• Flow M&P narratives into new core content assets (pitch deck, solution sales deck, roadmap slides, internal / external comms field newsletters, blogs, etc).
• Roadmap support; lead simplified messaging for feature releases, update BOM to reflect, create or contribute to internal / external comms, and ensure roadmap tools/slides updates.
• Lead and collaborate across a distributed group of stakeholders, including marketing, content/design vendors, business development, engineering, field strategy.
• Review weekly status with various stakeholders, identify and surface risks and help needed.

• Demonstrated + proven success building + delivering product messaging, content, and sales enablement, 8+ years preferred.
• Understanding of cloud or software solutions or products.

• Years of Experience Required: 8-10+ overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• Disqualifiers: Candidates with No will not be eligible for the role.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous experience in data governance/cybersecurity, and previous experience working on new products, navigating ambiguity and collaboration.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on the quality of their work and ability to meet deadlines, to be discussed during a weekly check in with sponsor
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 8 years experience with Product Marketing for Cloud and/or Software products.
2. Minimum 8 years experience with Messaging, Positioning, and building Content.
3. Minimum 5 years experience with working in a large enterprise tech company.
