Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) - Solution Architect
POSITION OVERVIEW
Datorama solution architect, must be self-driven and have a passion for marketing and technology. This person is responsible for building expertise around the Datorama platform - strategizing, implementing and providing best practices for our clients. The architect, must be able to work with the client to understand the marketing requirements and translate this to solution, should be able to work in a cross-cloud salesforce environment additional lead focused projects and collaborate with teams on larger projects.
Responsibilities
Understand digital advertising and the digital transformation landscape
Translate business needs to technical specifications
Scope, plan and estimate implementation projects
Identify and apply Datorama s product features where necessary and required.
Design, build and manage reporting dashboards (e.g. reporting tools) in collaboration with implementation team.
Familiarity working with large data sets and creating cohesive stories.
Strong knowledge on the media metrics, custom calculations, and metrics correlation Data visualization using tools like Datorama Tableau, Power BI.
Become the day-to-day operational point of contact for managing Marketing data in a unified data integration and reporting tools like Datorama.
Evaluate and improve existing Datorama dashboards, streams, and reports in collaboration with implementation team.
Closely partner with a wide range of teams including Media/Acquisition planning, Ad operations, Marketing Agencies, Tool Vendors, Data engineering, Data Analysts, Data operations, Data quality in the upkeep of the Data management and reporting platforms.
Collaborate with implementation team to integrate data from various channels and build dashboards.
Develop and execute database queries and conduct analysis.
Create visualizations and reports for requested projects in collaboration with the implementation team.
Develop and update technical documentation.
Interface with project manager regularly to help them achieve their business and technological goals.
Activities and skills to achieve the above responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum 3+ years of Proven experience in designing solutions and implementing Datorama projects.
11+ years of overall experience
Datorama Certifications.
Experience in Data modeling, Data warehouses, ETL, Data Integration, Business Intelligence, Dashboards, Reports.
Experience with working in a technical environment, knowledge in SQL, Scripting languages, and REST APIs.
Professional Services consulting with emphasis on marketing and business processes, data management, organizational change management, training and user adoption
Demonstrate understanding of how various issues effect the overall outcome of projects
Consistently deliver high-quality services
Help to ensure projects achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results
Prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially prioritization and management of flexible scope
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
