JD for Implementation Analyst Role:
Primary Duties
· Provides input to strategic decisions relative to the Company’s IT solution portfolio
· Must play a prominent role in all aspects of business system solution implementations
· including process design, system set-up and configuration, testing, cut-over activities,go-live
· support, and continuous improvement
· For projects assigned, lead the implementation, from start to finish, of the Warehouse
· Management Systems (WMS) within company distribution facilities.
· Review and provide feedback on implementation plans from implementation analysts as
· needed.
· Analyzes complex and at times ambiguous customer and business partner requirements in
· order to effectively implement and support business systems solutions
· Executes implementation processes for new RSCs and conversions by applying systems
· implementation concepts and principles
· Recommends configuration strategies for a predefined IT solution(s) that meet or exceed the
· requirements of our customers and business partners
· Configures business systems solutions for new DCs and conversion DCs
· Ensures that new implementations meet or exceed customer service goals
· Provides scheduled updates to customers and other stake holders
· Skill Sets:
· Experience with Supply Chain Execution applications (e.g., Warehouse Management
· Systems, Transportation Management Systems, Order Management Systems, etc.)
· Strong operational knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Management.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
· Knowledge of enterprise hardware platforms such as UNIX and/or Linux servers.
· Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL.
· Customer service driven.
