Please send your resume to for immediate consideration Role: Mainframe Engineer Location: NAPERVILLE IL 60540 Duration: 12 months Primary Skills: Mainframe Project is delivering AM services "Ideal candidate should have the customer facing skill, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good written, oral communication & analytical skills, Work may involve resolution of critical issue over technical calls including multiple stakeholders. May involve roating/night schedules. Prior production support experience is preferable. This is primarily mainframe role, some exposure to Java technology will be advantageous. Should have good knowledge and experience on following Technology : Mainframe: DB2, COBOL, JCL, CICS , Magna, VSAM Assembler( Good to Have) Database : DB2 Tools : Endevour , REX, Clist,Optim Production support experience (24x7) ITIL Cretified (Good to have) Years of experience: 3+ years Degree or specialized training is required/preferred: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Preferably a java back ground Required Skills: Java/J2ee Spring Hibernate Websphere Wily Pivotal Cloud Foundry Websphere RAD Splunk SQL DB2 Unix Individual is expected to perform below responsibilities: understand the existing Java code complete application workspace setup independently perform the code debugging Checking the logs to identify the root cause for the production application issues Monitoring the work ques to acknowledge incidents Independently handling the incidents and escalates unresolved issues to proper personnel Participating in TechBridges and representing the applications independently Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions independently Referral Program: Ask our recruiting team about how you can be a part of our referral program.
