Legal Counsel
Bayarea, California
The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of:
Advising and guiding the CEO, CFO and leadership team on legal matters and developing legal strategy
to protect and promote a company’s interests
This managerial role will support business planning and tactical planning items for the organization.
The responsibilities include prioritizing critical work tasks for the organization that align with the Xandr
Legal goals and objectives, key strategic legal initiatives and to support Xandr Legal drive and manage
key data priorities
Understanding, drafting and negotiating business terms for complex Enterprise deals and partner contracts
Supporting the broader business with guidance on employment labor law and compliance
You will have:
? At least 5 years’ in a similar role with experience in vertical SaaS
? Ability to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications
? Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical, workable solutions
? Best suited for a self-starter who is curious, embraces technology and thrives in a dynamic environment
? Preference will be given to candidates with government antitrust experience
? The ability to explain detailed legal language and process in plain English
? Current State license to practice law
