Project Summary
Enhance features of a photo editing web tool.
Use crowd sourcing html components.
Enable tagging, frames creation, adjust opacity levels, support hierarchy of labels, draw bounding boxes, display hot keys, annotation etc
Responsibility
Hands on UI Manager/Lead to get requirements from the client & demo the developed functionality
Manage and deliver project within the given timelines.
Guide offshore coordination
Review changes made by offshore team.
Own development of few features.
