Job Description/ Responsibilities

  • Lead mobile-first programs across iOS and Android platforms, ensuring seamless delivery of banking features and user experiences.
  • Drive Agile Release Train (ART) execution using SAFe Agile methodology, coordinating across multiple teams and dependencies.
  • Manage Jira workflows and dashboards, ensuring traceability, sprint planning, and backlog grooming working with agile leads, tech lead & product lead of multiple agile team is optimized
  • Oversee end-to-end program delivery & monthly releases, from requirements gathering through release and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with upstream / downstream, product, and design teams to align technical execution with business goals trough refining back log. Aligning with dependencies and sequencing the releases accordingly. Identifying risk an mitigation plan early at the planning, execution stage and timely reporting it as soon as known with magnitude of impact.
  • Ensure compliance and security standards are met across mobile banking applications followed by client (client digital banking platform)
  • UI/UX: Solid understanding of Material Design, accessibility standards, and responsive UI development.
  • Testing: Familiarity with JUnit, Mockito, Espresso, and Robolectric for unit and UI testing.
  • Version Control: Proficient with Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows, and branching strategies.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing build automation, and working with mobile DevOps tools and practices.
  • Security & Compliance: Knowledge of OWASP Mobile Security, PCI DSS, GDPR, and secure data handling practices.
  • Agile Methodology: Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Fintech Domain: Experience or strong interest in banking, financial services, or fintech applications.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in mobile banking or fintech.
  • Proven track record in iOS and Android app delivery within regulated environments.
  • SAFe Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant or SAFe Agilist) is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Jira expertise, including custom workflows, reporting, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, and AWS cloud services.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Banking Program Focus
  • You’ll be working on consumer-facing mobile banking features, such as client self servicing, payments, authentication, and account management.
  • Programs may involve real-time transaction processing, fraud detection, and digital identity verification.
  • Expect to interface with compliance, risk, and cybersecurity teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Firebase, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with mobile backend-as-a-service (MBaaS) solutions.
  • Knowledge of WebSockets, Push Notifications, and real-time data handling.
  • Exposure to blockchain technologies and their applications in financial services.
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel), and performance monitoring.
