Lead Specialist, UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Specialist, UX Designer to drive user experience strategy and design execution across digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will lead UX initiatives, mentor design teams, and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions.
Lead end-to-end UX design process including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final design delivery.
Define UX strategy aligned with business goals and product vision.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Analyze user feedback and analytics to improve product usability.
Ensure accessibility and responsive design standards are followed.
Mentor and guide junior UX designers.
Present design concepts and solutions to leadership and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of experience in UX design or product design.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, A e XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and usability principles.
Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction design.
Experience working in Agile or product-driven environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading UX strategy for enterprise or SaaS products.
Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript).
Experience in mobile and web application design.
