We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with strong Client facing skills and have done implementations using any or all Salesforce technologies (Salesforce b2b commerce, Salesforce Community Cloud, Salesforce CMS Able to execute CX Journey mapping exercise as part of the workshops and meetings with business.
