The position will serve as a trusted advisor to the organization who can clearly articulate security risks associated with the human factor of cybersecurity, expected behaviors to mitigate the risks, and manage and deliver programs designed to address those risks. The Lead Cybersecurity Engagement Advisor will ensure programs align to and support the overall global cyber risk management strategy, as well as organizational and business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven success in building and maintaining strong relationships and being an influencer of all levels of the organization. Come join the transformation! *Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:**Information Security** Develop comprehensive communication and engagement strategy for Cox Automotives diverse global workforce to ensure companywide security awareness initiatives are understood, implemented and embraced by the organization. * Identify and prioritize key human behavior security risks and implement the most effective risk reducing initiatives across Cox Automotive.* Manage multiple ERS strategic change initiatives with broad scope and complexity and drive to successful execution.* Ensure change management activities are applied to ERS enterprise-wide technical projects and key initiatives; oversee the planning and execution of change initiatives; coordinate across multiple teams.* Identify technical and non-technical change impact and readiness based on deployment requirements; work in partnership with ERS delivery leads and ERS teams.* Create unique and innovative solutions and approaches to training, awareness, and other related security initiatives to foster a security-aware culture. * Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, facilitate understanding of internal / external customer and business needs, translate them into strategic implementation plans to minimize risk to the organization and develop proposals for stakeholder engagement and approval.* Lead change management activities at various levels of the ERS organization and drive/reinforce change implementation efforts to equip our workforce in developing the knowledge, skills and competencies needed to prepare for, adopt and sustain new ways of working.* Ensure changes are deployed in a consistent, timely fashion that manages the risk of change and minimizes disruptions to the business; provide ongoing support to ensure that changes are successfully implemented.*Advice and Guidance** Serves as a trusted advisor to business units and provides recommendations and designs solutions to address risks associated with the human factor of cybersecurity * Relationship Management* Builds effective relationships with key stakeholders.* Lead others through effectively navigating and embracing change.
