As an Application Support Lead, yourresponsibilities will include
? Coordinateall activities required to lead incidenttriage in compliance with SLAs andOLAs.
? Facilitatethe outage calls and ensure that all the required resources are engaged to work a Major Incident.
? Preparinginternal reports on Major incidents and leading their review with Executive Management.
? SLA & KPI reporting.
? Buildingtools, processes and team capabilities for effective incident triage and management.
? TeamOnsite Offshore coordination in global delivery model.
Must Have ( Include years of experience)
? At least 10 years ofexperience in Information Technology
? Incident management & problem management
? 5 years ofapplication support and maintenance experience (tier 2 and tier 3).
? Dashboarding,automation and simplification
? SLA & KPImanagement
? Incident Management& Problem Solving
? Scripting (JavaScript/ Python)
? AWS
? Java API
? SnowFlake
? SQL
? Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from anaccredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressiveexperience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
