Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Lead Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the development of AI-powered applications using large language models, oversee AI architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of Generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs).
Build and deploy AI/ML models, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions.
Develop applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.
Integrate AI models with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Ensure data security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on AI initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
6+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI development.
Strong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of API development, microservices, and scalable system design.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
Experience with AI-powered applications such as chatbots, copilots, or content generation tools.
Familiarity with data engineering and big data technologies.
