AI/Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to design, build, and scale AI/ML solutions that align with business goals and technical strategy. The AI Architect will define end-to-end AI architecture, guide engineering teams, and ensure best practices in model development, deployment, and governance.
Design end-to-end AI/ML architecture including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring
Define AI solution strategy, frameworks, and standards across projects
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
Guide data scientists and engineers on model design, selection, and optimization
Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of AI systems
Review and approve AI solution designs and technical decisions
Implement MLOps practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
8+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in AI/ML roles (adjust as needed)
Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI concepts
Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience designing scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of data engineering concepts, databases, and big data tools
Understanding of AI security, ethics, and governance principles
Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases
MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
Industry domain experience (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, etc.)
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
