Kindly reach me on or Job Title: Lead Consultant MS Dynamics D365 Commerce / Retail consultant Duration: Long Term Location: Remote Until Covid (MD) Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support project 4 years bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in multiple functional areas of ERP Business Processes, D365FO functional design, testing, UAT and support experience Strong proficiency in D365 Commerce modules Experience of D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and support Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade Experience of code / fix push to EMPOS Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations Experience of working in SLA based support Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS Flexible with work hours Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation Good presentation and communication skills Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment Should be okay to work in Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios Solution estimation methods High impact Communication skills Business Acumen Customer Orientation Planning and Co-ordination skills Travel as needed D365 Commerce / Retail Certifications Should be techno functional consultant Preferred Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel Experience of working on incident management tools like ServiceNow Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledge Responsibilities: You will be providing L2 & L3 support of D365 Commerce / Retail solution You will work on enhancements in D365 Commerce /Retail application and POS development Work in shifts You will be required to create training plans and training client teams for developed solution You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables You will work on support incidents and work closely with L1 support team and end users You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
