$5053/hr on CTC/1099

The position is open because our L3 Skype engineer is moving over to another department within Dell, and we need to replace him in this role. He is providing Level 3 support. You will be responsible for SKYPE Reboots, CU Updates as well as the below.

To get enhanced cloud feature, created necessary policies on Microsoft Teams and Enabling Teams access to customer with Cloud PSTN numbers.
v Support and Manage Skype Infrastructure with high priority tickets.
v Develop Power shell Scripts to automate tasks.
v Develop SQL scripts to pull CDR and QOE reports.
v Provide L3/ level support and server implementation tasks.
v Participate in all daily meetings organized by the client team with valid updates and management meetings.
v Monthly windows patching activity for all servers.
v CU update and certificate renewal for Skype servers.
v Work with different teams in resolving issues with Skype–server/voice/video based on the criticality.
v Incidents/change/Problem tickets. v Created Build Book, Run Book for future referral.
v In continuous migration, based on user capacity, proposing / designing a SIP solution / SBA deployment for migrating IP telephony system from Avaya / Cisco solution into Skype for business.
v Coordinating with vendor to get the quote for Voice Gateway (VG), PRI Line and evaluating the product feature, PRI line reliability etc.,
v Perform DR activities and other Skype migrations.
