· 6+ years of experience implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper & Workforce Advanced Scheduler version 6.2
· Configures all elements of the Kronos application to include: Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Scheduling, WIMs, Attendance, Access Profiles, etc.
· Ability to develop new interfaces using Kronos WIM Interface.
· 3+ years implementing and configuring Kronos Accruals, Overtime, pay rule, and Advanced Scheduling modules.
· Generates reports and analytics of the Kronos data for internal and external customers using existing or developing new SQL queries or creating new standard Kronos reports using Visual Studio.
· Defines technical standards and standard operating procedures for application configuration to ensure clear communication of system setup needs to the Payroll and Time Evaluators.
