Responsibilities:
Manage a global team of campaign analysts, coordinating tasks and activities associated with campaign workflow development, proofing and execution
Interface directly with Project and Business teams, address and manage customer requests and communicate status
Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control Plan, coordinate and manage campaign tasks with the database team and communicate status
Capable of completing Adobe campaign activities individually
Track and monitor campaign results, resolve issues and report status to the Account Management team
Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic ? Workflow activities, Delivery activities, Technical workflows

User and Role Administration
Basic understanding of set logic required
Detail-oriented and organized - able to balance changing workloads
Ability to work on multiple teams concurrently
Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience in the following a big plus:
CRM: Digital and Direct Marketing Campaign Management and Orchestration
Digital Campaign Management tools: (Adobe (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys)
Work Queue management software (Team Track, Jira, Workfront etc
