Please contact Sravan@cliecon. com Job Summary-QA Leader Responsibilities of a QA Leader include involvement in the planning , monitoring , and control of the testing activities and tasks. The QA leader manages processes and personnel to conduct quality assurance testing. QA leader develops effective and efficient methods, maintains documentation throughout the QA process, and communicates with development teams to provide a reliable, consistent, and positive end user experience. Should be able to manage cross functional testing teams for a business transformation programlt; /p> Main Responsibilities QA Leader At the outset of the project, QA leaders, in collaboration with the other stakeholders, devise the test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans lt; /p> They estimate the testing to be done and negotiate with management to acquire the necessary resourceslt; /p> They recognize when test automation is appropriate and, if it is, they plan the effort, select the tools, and ensure training of the team. They may consult with other groups e. g. , programmers to help them with their testinglt; /p> They lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suiteslt; /p> They ensure proper configuration management of the testware produced and traceability of the tests to the test basislt; /p> As test execution comes near, they make sure the test environment is put into place before test execution and managed during test executionlt; /p> During test execution and as the project winds down, they write summary reports on test statuslt; /p> Co-ordinate with Various LOBs for providing an overarching view of the QA activities for a complex business transformation program involving number of systemslt; /p> Skills - QA Leader Over 20 years of Exp in the Banking and Financial sector area mainly in Wealth Management / Asset Management arealt; /p> Should have worked for 5 years in Quality Assurance Leadership role for a Tier 1 bank earlierlt; /p> QA leader should be detail oriented and organized, able to track multiple aspects of a project simultaneously. QA leader should be able to organize all aspects of the quality assurance processlt; /p> Ability to create and deploy quality assurance test planslt; /p> Ability to juggle multiple aspects of a product' s life cycle, they should be excellent at time and project managementlt; /p> QA leader need to constantly communicate with upper management and other teams on the project. As such, they should be good at interpersonal verbal, oral, and written communicationlt; /p> QA Leader should be well versed with Test management tools (JIRA, Rally Ability to get work done with multiple teamslt; /p> Ability to work/travel across all sites and travel to offsite meetings as requiredlt; /p> Should be well versed with tools to be used for test automation and performance testing like Test Complete, Cucumber, Selenium and Load Runnerlt; /p> Should have worked on Data Migration Validation / Reconciliation, Integration and Functional testinglt; /p>
