Job Role: Service Now Business Systems Analyst

Contract Length: 6 Months + Ext

Our client is currently seeking a Business System Analyst to join their team in Seattle for long term contract opportunity.
Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Assists the client with ServiceNow engineering tasks to break down development requests, assign story points, plan work with larger development team and track deliverables.
Evaluates new requests or business opportunities and identifies business issues, risks and profitability opportunities.
Inventory analysis and follow-up with suppliers to support planning and coordination with the client team
Participates on cross-functional teams and ensures effective integration through development and distribution of appropriate content reports.
Works directly with manager to develop process definition and improvement for the assigned business areas. Evaluates the effectiveness of new programs by comparing results with original proposals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, be a team player, and be well organized and efficient with excellent judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Self - starter with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment which requires creativity and self – motivation

Job Qualifications

4 years of experience in Requirements gathering and analysis
4 years of experience in ServiceNow
4 years of experience in Agile Development and breakdown of User Requirement
Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerBI, Python and/or other analytical tools to create variance reports Service Now Administration: Strong familiarity with CI’s
Demonstrated capabilities in creating reports and impactful dashboards
Work in two separate streams of work – 50% traditional software development (enhancements and capabilities of ServiceNow platform) & 50% partnered with supplier engagement team involving integrations with item catalogs, incoming price changes, & procurement
Procurement & PO creation through ServiceNow
Agile development experience
Creating reports & data mining
