Job Role: Data Analyst cum BA Role

Job Duration: Long Term

Job Location: Cambridge, MA



Role requires the following abilities:

* High competency in system retirement and compliance remediation projects; leverages BA tools and techniques
* Demonstrate traceable business and functional requirements (show work examples)
* Monitor, manage, and ensure predictable delivery of the project in a deadline-driven environment.
* Drive delivery and accountability of project peers and vendors
* Early identification and appropriate escalation of risks and issues that require assistance, attention, or executive resolution
* Effective communication of all project aspects to team and leadership, verbally or in written form
* Experience with application design, testing and deployment, preferably in a GxP environment
* Experience in a GxP regulated manufacturing environment including GMPs, validation, and data integrity.
* Compile analytical and statistical reports.
* Formulate, define, and recommend scope of reports.
* Review information for accuracy and reconcile data.
* Provide support and education to staff on how to access reports and interpret the data.
* Synthesize raw data into digestible and actionable information.
* Identify trends and make recommendations for quality and operational improvement.
* Collaborate with leaders to understand key value drivers and challenges within their business units and determine the key metrics and insights that can help improve performance as a result.
* Continually think of new ways that data-driven insights can help support Care Advisors.


Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with business users, technical IT groups, project managers, senior management, outsourced service providers, and vendors

Experience as a Sr. Business Analyst, with working command of GxP, System Validation, NIST and Regulatory testing, and Data Privacy guidelines. Highly experienced in SDLC will be a Plus.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to organize and clearly present ideas in a convincing and compelling manner

Excellent interpersonal skills to gain understanding of requirements and priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, recognize non-communicated requirements and bring them to light

Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment; team player yet able to work independently with minimal direction

Familiarity with GxP, CFR 21 Part 11 and system validation

Five (5) years of experience in a relevant business environment, including three (3) years of experience developing complex data models & visualizations.

Experience and comprehensive understanding of data collection, transformation and presentation processes.

>3 years’ experience with data transformation tools.

>3 years’ experience with data visualization tools.

Experience with application design, testing and deployment

Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, Java, SQL, MATLAB, etc to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.

Experience using data visualization tools (eg Spotfire, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc)
