Job Description :

We are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will turn complex datasets into actionable insights, build reports and dashboards, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve performance and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs
Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Support A/B testing, forecasting, and performance analysis
Document methodologies and analysis results

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
Strong proficiency in SQL
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker
Solid understanding of statistics and analytical methods

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Familiarity with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift
Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
