Title: Operating Effectiveness Senior Advisor
Location: Nashville, TN (100% Remote)
Expected Duration: 07 Months Position.
Part Time Position: 20 hrs. in week and 4 hr. in day.

Job Description:
Operating Effectiveness Senior Advisor

Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Operating Effectiveness matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Identifies and facilitates process design changes and executes process improvement initiatives. Leads and manages larger and more complex cross-functional process improvement projects. Updates project status to area leaders and business leadership. Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Recommends solutions and best practices. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost. Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. May specialize in one or more of the following (or similar) areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, process-driven systems requirements. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Recognized internally as "the go-to person” for the most complex Operating Effectiveness assignments.

Required Skills:
Advanced quality methods and tools, equivalent to a Six Sigma Black Belt
Management and quality systems standards or maturity assessments
Comprehensive, structured change management methodology and tools, such as ADKAR
Wide range of group decision-making tools and facilitation techniques
Design of effective process measurement and control mechanisms to leverage metrics and data for optimal business performance
Best practice methods/tools for strategy deployment
Application of current global best-practices related to Business Process Management/Engineering and benchmarking of same
Development of cross-organizational value streams, showing end to end workflow and associated process data
Working knowledge of all Microsoft office tools (including Visio) and Minitab
At least 4 years of experience in process design/development and translating changes into implementation plans (DMAIC preferred)
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent preferred
Strong business acumen, with proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly come up to speed in new business areas and new types of projects.
