We are looking for a Jira Service Management Consultant to design, implement, and optimize ITSM and ESM solutions using Jira Service Management. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable service management processes and configurations.

Implement and configure Jira Service Management for ITSM/ESM processes.

Design and customize workflows, request types, forms, queues, SLAs, and automations.

Configure incident, problem, change, service request, and knowledge management.

Integrate JSM with Jira Software, Confluence, and third-party tools.

Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for service performance.

Support data migration, upgrades, and cloud/on-prem transitions.

Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Troubleshoot and resolve JSM configuration and performance issues.

Advise on ITIL best practices and service management governance.
