Title: Java/AWS Cloud Platform Developer - Cloud III Duration: 6 Months - Potentially Contract-to-hire role for the right candidate Location: 55 WATER ST - NYC, NY Position is remote and has potential to remain remote if/when offices reopen. Interview Process: Interviews will be 2 rounds: 1st one to screen candidates in or out of process. Interview will be 100% technical and minimum of 1 hour Essential skill set: Proven work experience as a java Developer. Expert in solution design and development on AWS services from scratch Knowledge of following AWS services a must S3, lambda, RDS and messaging/streaming services like kinesis Experience with ML algorithms and specially NLP (sentiment analysis, topic modelling) is a big plus Experience on SQL or No-SQL based databases highly desired Good problem-solving skills Good communication skills Bonus skill set: Experience with social media feeds integration (twitter, FB etc) AWS certification on Ass.
