REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
1. To have experience in designing, developing and delivering regulatory, compliance and transformational BPM/Rules based projects.
2. To have experience include Package Evaluation, BPM and BRM Roadmap Definition, Process Modeling, Build, Requirements Elicitation and Documentation
3. To have knowledge & experience of Software Development Life Cycle including system analysis, design, development, integration, testing, installation
4. To suggest architectural improvements, design and integration solutions, and formulate methodologies to optimize end solutions
REQUIREMENT TWO: SOA - MIDDLEWARE - JAVA - API Integration Architect - Buffalo Grove, IL – C2C – DIRECT CLIENT
1. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
2. Integration Architect; Minimum of 8 years recent and related experience as a Technical lead developing middleware integration solution; 4+ years of experience with object-oriented modeling principles (inheritance, polymorphism) and methods (use cases, sequence diagrams, etc; 4+ years of overall technical exposure on SOA, Middleware, Messaging, API and REST Based services; 4+ years application development experience with REST API/SOA/java/j2ee frameworks; Experience in the role of a Solutions Technical Lead with demonstrated experience in applying architecture blueprints and aligning projects to enterprise standards.
3. 1+ year RSAD (IBM® Rational® Software Architect Designer) or any architecture design tools; 2+ years of experience using IBM Middleware technologies; Must be familiar with RESTful APIs and OAuth security considerations; Should be able to design message models and schema using JSON, XSD, SOAP, WSDL, Cobol Copybook etc.
4. Strong knowledge in IBM APIConnect based API lifecycle management activities from design through implementation; Ability to define and guide the implementation of integration architecture adhering to enterprise architecture guidelines and principles; Understanding of Enterprise Architecture Governance processes; UML modelling experience using Rational Software Architect Designer (RSAD) is a plus.
5. Knowledge of MEGA HOPEX for EA is an advantage.
- Candidate must have prior experience in a technical leadership role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong leadership skills to effectively influence decisions and positively impact progress are required
- Experience with Agile Methodology including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is desired
- Healthcare or Insurance Industry knowledge is preferred, but not required

REQUIREMENT FOUR: WEBSPHERE IBM IID developer - Whitehouse Station, NJ – C2C – DIRECT CLIENT
CLIENT NOTES: Looking for the IBM IID v8.5.7/Java Developer having excellent hands on in Project Management Methodology with a very good written & verbal communication who can connect with Business Stakeholders & understand the business effectively.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience using IBM Integration Designer (IID)/WebSphere Integration Developer (WID) and very good knowledge on building BPEL & Mediations flows.
2. Experience in implementing integration using JMS, MQ, Adapters etc SOA and Web Services / API design, development and testing experience (SOAP and RESTful services)
3. Solid understanding of Data transformation and Troubleshooting Application platforms - WebSphere Application Server Database platforms - DB2, Oracle, SQL Server
4. Java JEE, EJB, SOAP/RESTful Web Services, JDBC, SQL, Messaging Queue (MQ), XML technologies, CVS, Eclipse/Rational Application Developer, WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
5. Hands on experience in developing Java EJB Web services.
6. Co-ordinating and working with offshore in development of services.
