Position: IT Infra Project Manager
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 12+Months
Responsibilities:-
Successfully manage large and complex (high visibility/risk) projects. Coordinates project team members to ensure completion of the defined project(s
Partner with Sr. Technology and Business Leads/Sponsors, to develop strategic roadmaps to deliver large/complex technology projects.
Drive project completion successfully by achieving all milestones within each project, and the final implementation meeting the business requirements within the approved budget and timeline.
Deliverables:-
Project life cycle/schedule tracking
Infrastructure implementation – create project schedules/tasks - Schedule tracking
Infrastructure H/W and S/W procurement tracking/ ordering thru delivery and implementation.
Project documentation deliverable tracking from design thru implementation phases
Migration activity tracking and reporting
Status reporting for the overall project
Budget tracking for infrastructure activities/procurement
Qualifications:-
Expertise in Microsoft Project/PM Tools and MS Office Suite Experience
8+ years infrastructure project management experience in Financial Services
Independently and successfully managed large scale and complex projects, from start to end (i.e. covering all Life Cycle Phases)
4 year Bachelor’s Degree required
Completion of PMP or other PM certification (preferred)
