Job description:
Act as onsite point of contact for support services delivery
Assume ownership of production support and job monitoring activities during onsite work hours
Work on bug fixes and incident tickets and provide resolution
Resolve batch failure incidents and documentation related to RCA
Manage design, development and unit testing activities for minor enhancements
Provide support to other Emerson IT groups during an outage related to this Project.
