Job Summary:
The Information Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technical support operations. This role ensures that IT services run efficiently, supports business operations, and manages IT staff, projects, and security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.

  • Lead and supervise the IT support team and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

  • Plan, implement, and monitor IT projects and system upgrades.

  • Ensure data security, system backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place.

  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.

  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.

  • Support end-users with technical guidance and troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate with other departments to understand and support technology needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or IT management.

  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, and cloud technologies.

  • Experience with IT security practices and system monitoring tools.

  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft/AWS certifications.

  • Experience managing enterprise systems and IT service management tools.
