Informatica Developer with MUST HAVE Medicaid, claims or healthcare. Ideally looking for Exadata or AWS
The Senior Developer will support existing warehouse infrastructure and provide input on best practices and potential efficiencies, work on multiple assignments concurrently to meet aggressive due dates, uses a range of expert technical skills based on a keen knowledge of data warehouse concepts, and must be highly proficient with Oracle SQL.
JOB DUTIES (Detailed Statement of Duties and Responsibilities):
Create data models and designs to meet specific business needs that require sourcing data from multiple source systems
Code Oracle ETL scripts that will extract data from an operational database and populate the staging and target data warehouse schemas
Document code and processes for distribution to all interested parties
Document design using industry standards
Provide query writing support and tuning expertise to analysts and end users
Develop shell scripts for production job automation
Work in a 24x7 environment which requires on-call rotation
REQUIRED SKILLS (Special Skill Set, Abilities, Knowledge):
Design and Develop ETL solutions in an Oracle Exadata environment based on specifications
Ability to determine appropriate sourcing and storage of data from multiple source systems
Codes Oracle ETL scripts that will extract data from an operational database as well as other external data sources and populate the staging and target data warehouse schemas
Documents code and processes for distribution to all interested parties
Documents design using industry standards including ERWIN diagramming
Provides query writing support and tuning expertise to analysts and end users
Develops shell scripts for production job automation
Able to work in a 24x7 environment which requires on-call rotation
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Years' Experience, Certificates):
BS in Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent experience
Medicaid, Healthcare or Claims processing experience
AWS (Cloud) experience preferred
Exadata experience preferred
Informatica ETL experience preferred
