Job Description :

Job Title: Informatica Administrator

Location: Remote

Duration: 2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and upgrade Informatica products (PowerCenter, IDQ, Informatica Cloud, etc.).

  • Manage repositories, domains, nodes, services, and security in Informatica Administrator console.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Informatica workflows, sessions, and schedules.

  • Perform environment migrations, patching, and version upgrades.

  • Ensure high availability, backup, and recovery of Informatica environments.

  • Collaborate with development teams for deployment and performance optimization.

  • Implement and manage user roles, permissions, and security policies.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for production incidents when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter architecture and administration.

  • Experience with repository/database management (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar).

  • Familiarity with job scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys, or similar).

  • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux scripting for automation.

  • Good understanding of ETL concepts, performance tuning, and data integration workflows.
