Responsibilities:
· POMCS (Purchase of Medical Care System) is a mainframe (Cobol, CICS, DB2, JCL, QMF, Eztrieve) based system for the HMAP (HIV Medication Assistance Program) at DPH.
· The North Carolina HIV Care and HIV Medication Assistance Programs (HMAP) are the federal government funded Ryan White Part B and AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) for the state of North Carolina.
· Team is looking for an expert mainframe developer who can provide design, coding and testing support on various POMCS application enhancements which are time bound and critical efforts.
· For HMAP, It is imperative to hire a contract resource to provide development support for the enhancements needed and ongoing technical support.
