SAP Service Management

Can you explore contractors for this role?
- Need someone with LSH experience in Service Management and best practices knowledge
o Service under Warranty
o Field Service with Contract
o Depot Repair with Warranty
o Depot Repair with Contract
o Field Service Billing
o Depot Repair Billing
o Refurbishment process
- Experience in writing functional specifications

Start: ASAP; no more than 1 week notice period
Level: Managing Consultant
Location: Portsmouth, NH (no West coast travelers)
