Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Lead Specialist to oversee the successful deployment and integration of ERP systems across the organization. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that ERP solutions align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ERP systems, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of implementing enterprise solutions in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering and system design to deployment and post-go-live support.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, define project scope, and ensure ERP solutions meet operational objectives.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and external vendors, to ensure seamless implementation.

  • Oversee data migration, system configuration, and integration with other enterprise applications.

  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.

  • Monitor system performance post-implementation and implement continuous improvements as needed.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of processes, system configurations, and project decisions.

  • Stay current on ERP trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in ERP implementation, ideally across multiple industries.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing large-scale ERP projects.

  • Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

  • Deep understanding of ERP modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Manufacturing.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with technical teams and business users.

  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and process optimization.

  • PMP or other project management certifications are highly desirable.
