* 10+ years proven experience as a QA Lead Engineer/Solution Architect =
on large-scale testing accounts
* Experience in Insurance Domain.
* Experience managing offshore team.
* Experience as a Solution Architect or senior SME leading the developm=
ent of solutions for testing complex systems, ensuring consistency with spe=
cified requirements agreed with both external and internal customers.
* Awareness of testing approaches, practices, techniques and methodolog=
ies to help design the overall testing solution
* Ability to have conversation with client (key stakeholders or key tec=
hnologist at client Ability to drive the discussion and arrive at conclus=
ion
* Superior spoken and written communication skills
* The ability to see the big picture and manage multiple threads at the=
same time
* Cross-domain and functional experience is good to have
* Well-versed in continuous integration, continuous delivery and contin=
uous testing
* In depth knowledge of one or more technical specializations including=
; quality engineering, release management, test environment management, tes=
t automation, test data management, testing approaches and test execution, =
performance engineering, development operations.
* Experience in architecting, implementing solutions/frameworks for fro=
nt end and APIs
* Experience using Web Service Testing Tools
* Experience using test management tools such as Jira
* Experience with Source Code Management Tools (e.g. Git, TFS, RTC)
* Knowledge of Relational Database Management (Oracle, SQL, MySQL) SQL =
and Data Validation are essential
* Understanding of Performance Testing, Security, Accessibility and Inf=
rastructure Testing would be good to have
* Knowledge of mobile automation tools.
