Identity and Directory Services - IAM
Raritan, NJ
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop operational processes, service metrics and dashboards.
  • Develop and execute service improvement plans based on service metrics.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities through reporting and data analysis.
  • Act as the level 2 support for IAM services by resolving incidents\problems and performing root cause analysis of issues.
  • Facilitate the deployment of new Identity and Access Management (IAM) features.
  • Facilitate application and infrastructure integrations with our IAM platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with existing processes and security policies.
  • Create both technical and end user documentations and training materials as needed.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Provide off hours support as needed.

Bachelor's Degree in IT or Security related field is preferred.


  • A minimum of 8 years of IT experience in the information technology where at least 3 of which are in the area of Identity and Access Management
  • Expert level proficiency in at least 3 of the following IAM technologies (Active directory, azure, identity management platforms, Single Sign On (SSO), LDAP virtual directories, PKI)
  • Ability to apply new technical material to resolve issues and provide recommendation
  • Experience with core infrastructure services (DNS, Wins, Firewalls, etc.)
  • Experience with Windows 2012 Server and current Windows Operating systems
  • Works independently with minimal direction as well as part of a group
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels of management as well as end users
  • Intermediate PowerShell skillset
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
