Job Description:
- Ability to design and develop IA conversations with responses coming from outside APIs via cloud function or integration with other systems
- Collaborate with user interface designers and backend application integration teams to understand the mechanisms through which the conversational AI solution will be used and what is needed to fulfil intents
- Troubleshoot system and architecture performance based on interaction analytics, and support quality assurance processes and related go-live activities
- Continuously develop knowledge of emerging technologies and analytics techniques and support the pursuit of business development opportunities
Specialty skills:
IBM Watson Assistance (or equivalent conversational chat bot from other vendors)
IBM Voice gateway, STT and TTS services
IBM Discovery
Design, code, test, and provide industry-leading solutions
Provide mentoring, technical expertise, and analytic support for standardization product generation
Provide documentation and training
- Minimum of 5 year professional development experience
- Backend (server side) development experience either in Java, node.js
- Frontend development experience HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, react.js or node.js
- Experience in API design, development and deployment
- Experience in CICD, Git, unit-testing and source code management
- Knowledge of cloud development and deployment principles
- Knowledge of Agile development and delivery
- Experience designing and developing Chatbots for various channels (web, Facebook Messenger, SMS, etc) using bot platforms or raw code is desired
- Experience in creating workflows, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Knowledge and experience in some of the key automation platforms: IBM Watson, Google DialogFlow, Facebook Messenger, etc
