Job Summary & Responsibilities: Facilitate client adoption and transition to MS Azure Identity and Access Management solution to include migration of existing SaaS and custom applications to MS Azure access solutions (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), directory expansion and synchronization of custom attributes, development of new onboarding/offboarding processes leveraging MS Azure, granting application permissions, and other related activities.

Collaborate with IAM Engineering & Development, Microsoft & Active Directory Services, and Application teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet clients SSO and directory services needs.

Technical Qualifications
8 years of IT experience.
Microsoft Identity and Access Management (IAM)
o 5 years of Microsoft Active Directory experience including multiple domains, trusts, multiple sites, etc.
o Working knowledge of Azure identity management (AADC, AAD, AADDS, MIM, ADFS)
o Working knowledge with Microsoft PKI (or equivalent PKI
o Knowledge of Microsoft Red Forest concepts including Microsoft provisioning and identity systems.
o Full understanding working with Federation protocols (SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect)
Experience with LDAP Directory, Authentication/Authorization systems, and Federation solutions from other vendors (e.g. Oracle, Ping, Okta, SailPoint, etc)
Experience with Account Provisioning and Certification systems
Experience in building access policies using JSON or PowerShell.
Good understanding about Azure AD API''s , Consent and Permissions.
Understanding of identity requirements for mobile applications
Windows, Unix/Linux & VMware
PERL, Java, Shell Scripting, HTML 5
J2EE, Servlet Engines and Application Servers
Source control software (SVN preferred)

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts and apply to business problems
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, peers, and leadership to drive results and action
Ability to work collaboratively with other IAM Systems Engineering team members to support deadlines; ability to work independently as well.
Excellent aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.
Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices.

Formal Education & Certification:
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 8 years equivalent work experience.
