HR Technology Consultant

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Technology Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and management of HR systems and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to improve processes, ensure system efficiency, and align technology with organizational needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into system solutions

  • Support implementation and configuration of HR technology platforms

  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve workflows and processes

  • Provide functional guidance on HRIS / HCM systems

  • Assist with system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements

  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions

  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and compliance

  • Conduct user training and prepare documentation

  • Work with vendors and technical teams when required

  • Support change management and system adoption initiatives


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field

  • Experience working with HR systems / HR technology

  • Understanding of core HR processes (recruitment, payroll, performance, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to gather and document requirements

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Familiarity with reporting and data management


Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.

  • Knowledge of system integrations and APIs

  • Experience in HR digital transformation projects

  • Relevant certifications (HRIS / HCM tools)

  • Understanding of compliance and data privacy concepts
