Job Description :
POSITION: HR BUSINESS ANALYST
LOCATION: SUNNYVALE, CA
DURATION: LONG TERM

10+ years of total working experience in HCM and solid understanding of HR functions such as Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations.
Great organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
4+ years of experience with Work day HCM system.
Troubleshoot problems, test, and work with business to resolve issues
Partner with application owners, users and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements
Recommend technical solutions taking into account priorities and tradeoffs, and drive alignment among
stakeholders
Deep knowledge of Workday’s Business Process Framework and Security
Experience with Workday core HCM, Staffing BP, Alerts, Report Scheduling, Security, Time Tracking, and Absence
Experience with Workday Expenses highly desirable
Solid understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll and Finance business processes and their inter-dependencies.
Solid experience building custom reports in Workday
Hands on experience with EIB loads including but not limited to stock loads, suppliers etc.
