Job Duties

  • Time Sheets collection
  • Prepare and review Contracts
  • Office administration
  • Answering phones, taking messages, or directing calls to sales staff.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and if possible, Quickbooks.
  • Preparing Offer letters

Skills:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organization
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Skilled use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Must be detailed oriented and focused, capable of following instructions.
  • Prior experience in IT Service industry is preferrable
