We are looking for a Project Manager with prior experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. You will lead BPO projects, ensuring client satisfaction, efficiency, and quality.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Plan and execute BPO projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
Act as the main client liaison, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Ensure BPO processes meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report to management and clients.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
 
Qualifications:
 
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Proven BPO project management experience.
Strong knowledge of BPO processes and best practices.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management tools.
PMP certification preferred.
